Hi there,
I have been to this site every day since I found it on March 5, 2010.
I came here thinking I would get some good fellowship and God's Word. I got on the part to post “ why I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ ” . I got bombarded by discentors, atheists, troublemakers, etc.
Well, this is part of life, do we stand? Do we flee? Do we fight? There is a moment when we have to make a choice.
We come back to what the website says.....I AM NOT ASHAMED!
The Lord tells us in His Word that He will give us the correct word to speak in due season. So I plunged in headfirst.
I tried reasoning with them, I argued with them, I've gotten mad because they were there!
Then March 20th happened. A new Christian was on the board and the 'flock of crows' were there also (I call them that because they are like demons, swooping down on poor unsuspecting souls) there were some Christians there also.
We ignored the flock (they hate this) and started really having a great, godly discussion and you know what? The flock flew away!!!! Mind you, since I came on board March 5th, they have been here 24/7 with their antics, this was the first time they all left at once!
I know a miracle happened that night, I saw the Lord's comfort towards this new child in Christ. I saw His compassion working in all 3 of us, her, another guy and myself. This went on for about an hour, then we were done.
Within 5 minutes, the flock was back, with all their incoherent mumblings.
So, if you go to the board, put on the full armor of God and prepare for battle! We are still fighting the good fight of faith because WE ARE NOT ASHAMED!
